A remedy by an old Chinese doctor. Wash a lemon thoroughly and slice it thinly and put in a glass. Use a spoon to smash it and add in hot water (not too hot – do not want to destroy the vitamin C). Add in pinch of salt and honey to taste. The lemon has lots of vitamin C and antioxidant and honey posses antibacterial. Best result is to drink it first thing in the morning (anytime of the day also can). Try it. it works for me every time. Good luck and get well soon.
If your symptoms continue, best to see your physician.
try not to talk; gargle warm salt water, suck on hard candy, hot tea with lemon and honey, drink plenty of fluids
that could be ur tonsils… go to the doctors..
Looks like you have a throat infection… Best naturopathy for hoarse voice is "black pepper".
Minse 4-5 black peppers into a fine powder, mix it up with a cup of hot milk and drink. Doing it three four times should get you relief.
To this day, there’s only one home remedy I use to bring relief to a sore throat. The remedy is: hot cinnamon tea w/ a teaspoon of honey, however much sugar to your liking, and a bit of milk.
For some reason some people instantly think the cinnamon tea will be spicey, but it’s not.
It’s my #1 personal remedy and has always brought relief to all of my family members. I hope you feel better soon.
PS: It helps to take cough medicine before you go to bed since you could be coughing horribly at night and never know it, meaning you’re constantly throughout the night agitating your throat, only making the sore throat last longer.
" Cherry Syrup –
Orange Blossom Honey -
Cinnamon Powder.-
Cloves-
Milk-
Green Tea -. "
Sore throat is usually due to a viral infection. Gargling with warm salty water or mouthwash can reduce the pain and inconvenience. You can find some good home remedies at http://ailments.in/sorethroat.html
