i have taw kwon do at school and yesterday we stretched and then lined up on a wall. we put our right hand on the wall and turned sideways. then we turned our leg and kicked out using the wall for support.we also held it there for a couple min. my foot closet to the wall was quite a bit aways while doing this so i was leaning over. i think i might of torn/pulled a muscle in my back . does this sound like a pulled muscle? it hurts ito the left side of my spine only. my hips are sore too but my back is the worst. i have taekwon again tomarrow. i dont want to make it anyworse and i cant write a note to get out of tomarrows lesson. am i just sore or have i pulled a muscle? how long will it take for it to get completly better (3 days hopefully)? how do i treat this?
ive strethced it.popped it lots and have layed on an expensive back massager for 40 min every day since yesterday. the massaging it has helped the most though

When I get a stomach ache I find that green tea helps alot. At least it helps to ease the symptoms. But recently, I went and got some honey and stevia. I found that when either one of these ingredients where added it was almost like an instant cure. I had a friend who got swollen gums from a piece of chicken bone or something that penetrated the gumline in the back of his jaw. I recommended trying the green or white tea with honey or stevia. It helped tremendously! Of course along with regular oral health care such as brushing and flossing. I’m not asking if this remedy works (I found out personally that it does!) But what is it about these foods that help so much? I had 1 doctor tell me that Honey kinda suffocates bacteria. Kinda like an Antibiotic ointment. But I’m not sure about the tea or the stevia.

for the past couple of weeks ive been having rectal pain/pressure. i guess it just comes down to my baby sitting really far back and putting pressure on all my "stuff" (i know im not constipated btw). but starting yesterday morning the pain got a lot worse, and every time i stand up my back KILLS me and the pain in my "butt" like jolts up my back (im having really bad back pain as well, but i cleaned a lot the past couple of days so im sure that plus pregnancy is the reason). im also not showing very much at all for 24 weeks, and i feel a lot of her kicks towards the inside (my back).
do you think all this is because of the way she is positioned, or the way my uterus is positioned? either way, anyone know how me and my aching butt can get some relief? lol, thanks!

I was told by my doctor that I have a lower back spasm. I was given a prescription for anti inflamatories. Also I got another prescription that i am supposed to take at night(which makes you drowsy). I am only taking this for 1 week. Now the main question I have is I read lots of side effects that seem really dangerous, do the doctors tell you side effects for liability reasons? I read stuff like bleeding in stomach, yellowing of skin, dizziness etc.
I have never taken any prescriptions before(been about 15 yrs ago).

hi all, i just need a little advice about where to go and what to do about my health situation.
i have been dealing with escalating pain in my upper back and neck, as well as my arms (from elbow to wrist) and hands. the pain is a deep throbbing ache i cant seem to relieve. i was diagnosed with fibromyalgia awhile back but doubted that diagnosis because my symptoms didnt match up. now my tsh blood test came back low- it was 0.23
im so confused and desperate to find relief. im a single mom and havent been able to care fo my daughter in over a week because of the pain level. it hurts to type this but its the blasted weekend so i cant see a dr. and im really needing some advice, suggestions, help!
i am on a daily quest to relieve my pain- and sadly even very light activity level makes the pain surge to a point that i cannot bear. epsom salt soaks, pain sprays and rubs, ibuprofin, excederin, accupressure mat, phiten braclets, you name it, ive tried it all. the only thing that works is narcotics but my dr doesnt believe my pain is that bad and doesnt want to prescribe them long term! but they dont know whats wrong with me so for now i just have to suffer through it i guess.. i just feel i cant live this way much longer!!!
this whole situation has been putting stress on all my relationships, ive lost my job, im worried my daughter might be put into foster care because i cant care for her!! help or advice is greatly appreciated!!!
thank you!
