I had a stupid fall yesterday that hurt my lower back. This morning I could barley get out of bed. After walking around for a while it felt a little better, at least i could move around a little. I spent at the chiropractor, now he tells me I need to see him a lot like three times a week.
There has to be a better way. Any ideas?

My head tends to jut forward and I suffer from low back pain. Please don’t say chiropractor or yoga/pilates. I’m looking for exercises and tips.

I’m almost 17, and I always have a back ache. Some days are worse than others, but the pain is mainly in the lower (near my waist) and upper back (near my neck). Pretty much every day I wake up, and I feel fine, but around 11 or noon it starts hurting REALLY bad and continues throughout the day. Does anybody know the cause, and maybe some ways I can relieve it?

Hi,
Does anyone have any experience with using Kratom for pain relief ? I’ve been getting bad back ache for around a year and I’m getting sick of popping over the border for Vicodin. Any info on this would be great.
Thanks !

I have a bad back from three different injuries and going to the doctor no longer helps (it just makes things worse for me), and thaking pain pills doesn’t always seem to help. What can I do?

Have had lower back pain for over a year and taking medication for pain and spasms. Would prefer to cure myself with other methods, home remedies.

I’m only a little over 19 weeks but my lower back is so sore. It even hurts to take steps or move my legs. I’ve heard this is normal, but does any body know of any ways to relieve the pain?
